Two terms often used together for different things: one is a SIRA certification, the other a file format. A project may need one, both or neither.
SIRA’s approval of the security system plan for important facilities and buildings in Dubai, through its Security Plans Certification service.
A CCTV or security layout saved as an SVG file: Scalable Vector Graphics, a vector format that stays sharp at any size.
Where an activity or building needs a security plan, the approved SPC is one of the documents SIRA’s Security System Certification requires, and SIRA’s terms have it stamped by both the security consultancy company and the security systems installation company. The drawings are what the plan is built on.
What the drawing work covers for SIRA CCTV drawings in Dubai. Each layout is drawn from the floor plans and, where needed, a site review, so it matches what is, or will be, installed.

We provide the final drawings and support the relevant submission or next project stage. Any certificate is SIRA’s to issue.

Yes. We review existing drawings against the site and the installed system, then update them for moved or added cameras, layout changes or a new file format, including SVG where required.
Yes. Send us the consultant’s comments or SIRA’s observations; we review what needs to change, prepare revisions within our scope and coordinate with the consultancy where one is involved. Acceptance remains with the consultancy and SIRA.
It depends on project size, drawing quality, the information available and revision requirements, so we confirm timing after reviewing your documents. SIRA lists its own processing period for Security Plans Certification separately: three business days (checked September 2026).
